All Hands On Deck Trucking, LLC reserves the right to cancel any freight load at any time.
All Hands On Deck Trucking, LLC will issue a 24 hour or greater notice of cancellation to the client to ensure we can give them a proper refund of their money
REFUND POLICY
Any clients that wish to cancel a freight load that has been scheduled in conjunction with the Customer Service team must do so no less than 24 hours prior to the departure of our Class A CDL Drivers.
Failing to cancel a scheduled freight load in a timely manner as specified above will result in All Hands On Deck Trucking, LLC keeping 100% of the freight booking cost that was paid by the client.
RIGHT TO REFUSAL POLICY
All Hands On Deck Trucking, LLC has the right to refuse any freight load from being hauled at any time.
All Hands On Deck Trucking, LLC will not haul any freight that puts our company in violation of any Federal DOT FMCSA Laws and/or Federal, State, County and Municipal laws.
All Hands On Deck Trucking, LLC has a duty to be 100% safe and compliant with all laws first and foremost.
